What we collect
When you submit our consultation form or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact number, the services you're interested in, and any message you include.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Storage & retention
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to serve you, after which they are deleted on request or per our retention schedule.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@gl-insurances.com.
